Check IPO Allotment

Pick the issue and enter the applicant's PAN. For issues where we hold the registrar's allotment file, any PAN works — no account, and it makes no difference where the application was made.

How allotment works

After an issue closes, the registrar finalises the basis of allotment — usually within a working day or two. When an issue is oversubscribed in the retail category, allotment happens by computerised lotteryat one lot per selected applicant; larger categories are allotted proportionately. Allotted shares are credited to the applicant's demat account before listing, and ASBA blocks for unallotted applications are released automatically — the money never left the account.

Applied somewhere else?

That is fine. Once we have loaded an issue's registrar file, this checker answers for every applicant in that issue — including applications made through a bank, a broker or another platform. Until then it covers applications made on Investoyard.

If the issue you want is not in the list yet, use the registrar's own status page with the same PAN — MUFG Intime (Link Intime), KFin Technologies or Bigshare Services, depending on the issue — or the exchange's allotment page.
