About the company

Eventions Limited, incorporated in December 2020, operates in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) and event management industry. The Company provides end-to-end planning and execution services for corporate events, conferences, incentive travel, virtual events, FIT services, and brand activations, primarily through a B2B model.

It follows an asset-light business model, partnering with hotels, travel providers, logistics companies and event production vendors. The Company has executed events across India and international destinations in Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.

MICE contributed 91.29% of revenue in FY2026, highlighting its core business focus. The Company executed 107 events with billing above ₹50 lakh during FY2024–FY2026 and served 50+ corporate clients across sectors including banking, insurance, FMCG and event management. Its subsidiary, Gantu Online Private Limited, focuses on B2C travel and customised travel experiences.

As of March 31, 2026, Eventions had 35 employees across various functions.
