Objects of the issue
  • Debt Repayment/Prepayment: Repaying or prepaying existing borrowings.

  • Capacity Expansion: Adding new community steam boilers and facilities across existing and new locations, including Ankleshwar, Panoli, and Dahej GIDC.

  • General Corporate Purposes: Funding routine corporate and operational requirements.

About the company

Established in June 2015, SteamHouse India operates in the industrial gas and utility space, with a focus on steam and nitrogen generation, sourcing, and centralized distribution. Its community-based model enables industries to access reliable utilities without the need to invest in and operate individual generation infrastructure.

With a pipeline network of over 45 km, SteamHouse has established a presence across major industrial clusters such as Sachin, Vapi, Ankleshwar, Sarigam, Panoli, and Nandesari.

Core Operations

The company’s business portfolio includes:

  • Steam: Generation, procurement, and centralized distribution

  • Nitrogen: Separation, compression, purification, and distribution

  • Coal Trading: Supply of coal to industrial customers

SteamHouse caters to a diversified industrial customer base across pharmaceuticals, chemicals, dyes, pigments, and other manufacturing sectors, supported by long-standing customer relationships.

As of July 31, 2026, SteamHouse had 229 employees and engaged 276 contract labourers.

Company strengths

  • First-Mover Advantage: Pioneer of the community boiler concept in India since 2014, with a strong position in centralized industrial utility solutions.

  • High Entry Barriers: Significant investment in pipelines, land, boilers, and distribution networks makes the model difficult to replicate.

  • Strategic Locations: Facilities near key Gujarat industrial clusters such as Vapi, Ankleshwar, Sachin, Panoli, and Nandesari enable efficient pipeline-based steam delivery.

  • Energy-Efficient & Cost-Effective: Customers can outsource steam generation, avoiding the capital and operating costs of captive infrastructure.
